Silent Disco King Extravaganza at the Isle of Wight Festival
Silent Disco King Extravaganza at the Isle of Wight Festival

Fresh off the ferry, the Silent Disco King team sailed into the Isle of Wight Festival, ready to rock the crowd with their legendary Silent Disco Extravaganza at Electric Ladyland.

Our mission? To deliver unforgettable, hands-in-the-air, after-hours entertainment that would be the talk of the festival.

As always, the Isle of Wight Festival was a whirlwind of fabulously fun outfits, fanciful face paint, and (of course) fiery festival anthems. The festival’s flamboyant vibe perfectly matched our team’s high spirits and the sensational Silent Disco lineup we had in store.

DJ Dan (famed for Oasis aftershow parties and Propaganda DJ sets) squared off against DJ Trevor Cook (our very own Silent Disco King resident DJ) in a series of electrifying battles. The wild mashup of themes included ‘Rave Faves vs. 00s Singalongs,’ ‘Taylor Swift vs. Beyoncé,’ and even ‘McFly vs. Busted.’ These tantalising themes kept Silent Disco goers eagerly switching channels, anticipating the next big banger.

Joining the Silent Disco Extravaganza were special guests Mrs Animation and DJ Gemma Edwards, who took to the stage and delivered on-point sets that left the crowd craving more. Even our Silent Disco King crew couldn’t resist joining the fun, singing and dancing back at HQ.

The festival vibe was something special, with music lovers young and old coming together in droves, sharing friendly feelings and a free-spirited aura. We caught up with a few of the wonderful people at the Isle of Wight Festival – check out what they had to say below.

In a heartbeat, the festival's fun-filled antics came to a close as the Silent Disco King closing party kicked off against a backdrop of dazzling fireworks. The spectacular display perfectly contrasted with the Silent Disco-goers singing and dancing, soaking up every last drop of festival magic.

‘Till next time Isle of Wight Festival…
