Shipping Policy

All orders from are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) of  receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order  has left our warehouse you will receive an email from our courier to notify you that it is on its way.

UK bank holidays may potentially cause delays to diespatch and shipping times, these delays  are usually no longer than 1-2 working days. Delays in shipping may also occur due to our courier’s operational constraints. . As we use third-party couriers, delivery estimates are outside of our control. In the event of a courier-caused delay , we will do our best to notify and update our customers as soon as possible.

Before you finalise your order, you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery times, dates and prices depending on the delivery address. All shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 14:00 (GMT/BST) on the same day (when ordered on a working day or next working day if ordered on a bank holiday or weekend)

Standard UK Mainland Delivery

We offer next day delivery to the UK Mainland for £10 for all orders under £100.
For orders over £100, we offer free next day delivery to the UK Mainland.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Prices are based on the location you would like them shipped to. 

There are multiple options available for International shipping including UPS Standard, UPS Saver and UPS expedited shipping.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Headphone Revolution (trading as Silent Disco King) is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7-14 days (depending on shipping location) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 28 days after delivery, if the item is returned unused, in its original packaging  and in its original condition. We will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
