How to Set Up Your Parakeet Beltpack Transmitter

Setting up your Parakeet rechargeable beltpack transmitter takes less than a minute. Follow these simple steps:

1. Charge the Beltpack: Plug the charging cable into the Parakeet's charging port and connect to a power source. A full charge from empty takes less than 3 hours.
2. Connect Music Source: Plug your smartphone, tablet, or audio player into the 3.5mm audio input jack using the provided 3.5mm Aux cable.
3. Connect Microphone: Plug your lapel, headband, or clip-on microphone into the dedicated 3.5mm microphone input jack.
4. Power On the Transmitter: Press and hold the Power button until the backlit digital screen illuminates.
5. Select Broadcast Channel: Press and hold the Mode / Channel button to unlock channel selection until the screen flashes. Tap the channel button to cycle between Channel 1, 2, or 3.
6. Tune Headphones: Turn on your Silent Disco headphones and select the matching channel color (Blue, Red, or Green) to start listening!
