What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?

On the day of your scheduled delivery, you’ll receive a message (via email or text depending on the contact details we have for you). This message will include a link: “Show My Options”, which will allow you to amend your delivery to a neighbour’s address or to leave in a safe space.

For international deliveries, as the delivery will require a signature, our courier cannot leave shipments in a safe place or with a neighbour. However, the service is fully trackable and you are able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
