Firstly, please double-check you have sufficient funds available in your bank account for the purchase.

Please also check that the address matches the billing address on the card you’re using for the transaction. If you did want to use a different address and the website isn’t allowing it, please get in touch with us and we can arrange to send you over an invoice instead.

If the bank rejects the transaction, you would need to contact them directly to find out the issue.
