For UK deliveries, on the day of your scheduled delivery, you’ll receive a message (via email or text depending on the contact details we have for you) that will specify your 1 hour delivery window (if you don't receive this by 10am on the day of expected delivery, please get in touch and we will get hold of your courier for you). This message will include a link called “Show my options”, which will allow you to amend your delivery to an address in the same postcode area as your original planned delivery if you’d like to leave your parcel with a neighbour. However, please note that the parcel does need to be signed for by someone so it cannot just be left in a “safe place”.
For international deliveries, as the delivery will require a signature, our courier cannot leave shipments in a safe place or with a neighbour. However, the service is fully trackable.
