Can I redirect my parcel to a different address?

On the day of your scheduled delivery, you’ll receive a message (via email or text depending on the contact details we have for you). This message will include a link: ‘Show My Options’, which will allow you to amend your delivery to a neighbour’s address or to leave in a safe space.
